Curls, Dumbbell, Incline

Instructions

Adjust an incline bench to 30 to 45 degrees.  Lie back holding a dumbbell in each hand, with your hands hanging down at your sides, bend your elbows and turn your palms upward as curl the dumbbell towards your shoulders.  Keep upper arms steady as you lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
