Curls, Dumbbell, Seated, Alternating

Instructions

Sit holding a dumbbell in each hand, with your hands hanging down at your sides, bend an elbow and turn the palm upward as curl the dumbbell towards your shoulder.  Keep upper arm steady as you lower the dumbbell back to the starting position.  Switch arms on your next rep.
