Pulldown

Instructions

With a Cable, Rope Pulley, Lat-Pulldown station, using various handles and grip, various positions, e.g. sitting, standing, pull the weight down to your chest.

Variations

Pulldown, Wide Grip
Attach a bar to the pulldown station, grab bar with an outside the shoulder width grip.  Sit and pull the bar down to your collarbone.
Pulldown, Bent Over J Pulldown
Attach a rope handle to the pulldown station, bend at the waist keeping your lower back in its natural arch, pull handle downward and towards you in a J-shaped motion. 
Pull, Face Pull
Attach a rope handle to the pulldown station, standing upright pull the handle to just in front of your forehead.
