Raises, Lateral, Bent Over

Instructions

Stand hold DB is each hand, palms towards body, bend over until torso approx 45 degrees, keep natural arch in back and slightly bent knees.  Raise arms out to side until parallel to floor.  Return

  1. Neutral grip palms face each other.
