Routines are derived from various fitness magazines particularly Men's Fitness.  I have changed some routines based on the equipment I have.  My programs often alternates several routines for about a month.  In addition, I often add a warm-up workout and a cardio finish workout.  If I'm feeling particularly good I will combine several workouts.
