Workout Routines
Workout routines are derived from various fitness magazines and websites particularly Men's Fitness. I have changed most of the routines based on the equipment I have. My programs often alternates several routines for about a month. In addition, I often add a warm-up ab workout and a cardio finish workout. If I'm feeling particularly good I will combine several workouts.
Routines are repeated and combined to make a program.
